I’m thrilled to announce that Certified ChangeWorks Trainer, Kayte Connelly has recently published a book!

“Engaging Your Board: It’s Raining Yen”

In 2008, Kayte Connelly started writing tips for NonProfits for the Philadelphia Women’s Journal.  She took those articles, many of which contained activities for respective ChangeGrids, and supplemented them with additional information, tips, affirmations and goal setting strategies (SMARTE$T goals) and published a book.

The Ultimate Guidebook for Building the Capacity of Your Boards, Connelly took more than 30 years experience serving in leadership positions within community organizations and integrated tension management principles.  Connelly introduces the concept of Individual Board Plans™ (IBP™) and subsequent Accountability Clubs™ for Governance Committees.

The book is readily available at Amazon, Barnes & Noble and on her website at www.engagingyourboard.org   Additionally, you can subscribe for 10 tips for Guerilla Board Development, a 10 week series with 50 steps to bringing boards to their greatest potential.
